2016 has been one of the Company’s best years ever. Nearing $5 billion in total volume, RE/MAX Gold is positioned to be the second largest RE/MAX franchise in the world and the number one independent real estate Company in California.
For the first time, RE/MAX Gold has firmly taken the number one place in market share for the four county Sacramento area known as Placer, Yolo, El Dorado and Sacramento counties. There have been many success stories along the way. After 14 years in Davis, RE/MAX Gold now has number one market share in Yolo County. Having added 19 agents, Yolo County will end 2016 as a $450 million per year market.
Another great success story is our return to dominance in Solano County. When several Companies merged to form one a few years ago, RE/MAX Gold continued to grow and enhance our agents’ business to once again garner number one market share in Solano County.
