This week Beth Moran, Realtor for the Sacramento area, was recognized for her outstanding customer service during the sale of a home. From beginning to end, Beth showed exceptional work and the seller was very pleased with the process.
The sold home was 21 years old and needed extensive repairs, however with Beth’s help the home quickly became ready for sale:

For Michael Heede, who this week is celebrating his 20th Anniversary with RE/MAX Gold, the key to happiness is a balanced life. He remembers that it was Tim Yee who finally swayed him at a BBQ to come over, and that he was the 50th agent to join the Company. It’s not the awards and accomplishments that Michael is most proud of, but a lifestyle of balance filled with family and friends, travel and adventure.
“There is something to be said for the value of being at RE/MAX Gold above other Brokerages,” Michael said. “Starting with the fact that it’s the largest real estate company in the world.” He also said that you won’t find a better management team or office, anywhere.”
Michael’s mother (Meg) and sister (Melissa) also work in the Midtown office. They work together, however aren’t formally a team. “I can equate working together similarly to the way McDonalds, Taco Bell and Burger King all share an intersection, so to speak, of the market.” Michael explained. “They complement each other, share the same marketing and space, but are each uniquely different and individual in the way they serve their customers and potential customers regarding their approach and delivery.”
Michael is “all-in” when it comes to technology and marketing through social media. “Things are changing rapidly,” he said. “Advancing technology and smart phones have completely pushed us to a whole new dimension.” He spends time everyday researching and applying what he’s learned to his business and lifestyle, it’s an ongoing process that is speeding up rather than settling down.”
The fact that he was born and raised in the Sacramento area has complemented his business here. For nearly 28 years he’s provided top quality residential real estate services. Currently, he lives in the Midtown area but has lived in many different communities throughout the Sacramento Valley. He understands the people and the nuances of the different areas from Downtown to Midtown from East Sac to West Sac, Land Park to Curtis Park.
Sacramento offers the proximity to his favorite activities when he’s not working. He likes to be outdoors on his bike, exercising, boating or in the mountains snow skiing, hiking and mountain biking. He enjoys international travel, especially where skiing is involved, to the Swiss, Italian and French Alps. Michael’s a single guy with no kids who feels “most people today work too much.” He says he enjoys a reasonable amount of work, and feels his healthy and balanced personal and professional lifestyle keeps him living the life he was meant to live.

Meet Carrie Silva, a top-notch RE/MAX Gold Agent in Stockton.
Fifteen years ago Carrie Silva joined RE/MAX in Manteca, wrote her very first offer three days later, and closed a quick two week escrow. She’s been with RE/MAX Gold since 2011, and last year was among the Top Agents in the Stockton office, having sold 30 homes.
“I love being with RE/MAX for the support, the education (RE/MAX University), and the world famous branding,” Carrie said. And she couldn’t be happier with her manager, Colleen Noble, who she says is “pretty awesome, too.”

Attending a Kentucky Derby is at the top of Carrie’s bucket list (her family has a long line of breeding and racing horses) followed by finding the time to volunteer with The First Tee San Joaquin, a local youth program providing young people with character-building and life skills lessons using golf as the platform and attending the Masters Club Golf Tournament, which she has already penciled in this year.

Callie Mirsky got her start in real estate working as a Transaction Coordinator after determining law school was not the right fit for her. Her mother has been in the title and escrow business for nearly 30 years and knew of a boutique brokerage looking to hire. She had recently taken property and contract law classes at McGeorge School of Law. While the law classes went well for Callie, Callie didn’t go so well for the classes. Callie doesn’t just like helping people, she’s a volunteer at the local horse rescue All About Equine (which is somewhat of a sanctuary for distressed horses) where she said she shovels a lot of, well…you know, but mostly enjoys hanging out with the horses, grooming and feeding them. She loves spending time with horses— a great substitute for having her own (and all that goes with it). She grew up around horses having ridden competitively as a child. She moved from state to state onward from California toward Alaska, settling in Ketchikan after stops in Oregon and Washington. Callie’s dad worked with the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Corrections, so she figured this was his “tactical maneuver” to relocate his family to Alaska “one state at a time,” Callie said. She returned to California to earn a Psychology degree at California State University, Sacramento, and ultimately settled in El Dorado Hills.
Callie is raising two (huge) “babies” of the Shepherd and Alaskan Malamute variety who they spend most of their free time walking down at the lake. They also do a lot of outdoor activities such as kayaking and mountain biking and Callie makes it a priority to get in her work outs.
