Joi Wright, formerly with the Ed B Company, has joined our newest RE/MAX Gold office in Middletown.
Joi comes to RE/MAX Gold with years of experience in the industry as well as a robust knowledge of Lake County. She was first licensed in 1974, made a career change and joined the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office as a Correctional Officer where she served for 20 years, and returned to real estate in 2004.
Joi’s goals are to promote community and economic growth in Lake County. She is passionate about helping others and being an advocate for her clients. She is skilled at navigating the many variables of each transaction, while easing her clients’ concerns along the way. Joi currently serves on the Lake County Association of Realtors Ethics Committee.

Joi specializes in working with first-time home buyers and ranch properties. Having trained and shown reigning and cow horses for 25 years, Joi is well-versed in the ranch way of life.
