“I joined RE/MAX because I felt it would offer me the opportunity to grow my business, and because it is the #1 brokerage in the world. I’m visiting Missouri right now and I’ve seen RE/MAX signs everywhere.”
Nan got started in real estate in part because of her close relationship with Becky Lund, one of the area’s top agents, who said she’d be great at it. Nan had already been frequenting open houses for pleasure before she ever knew she’d enjoy a career in real estate.
Nan and her husband were both raised in Fair Oaks and love the small town atmosphere of their community. They feel that Northern California is one of the best places on earth to live, and they enjoy community events, including local festivals, concerts, plays and more.
Growing up in the area, Nan’s family had Hallmark stores where she learned early on how to satisfy customer needs. This entrepreneurial spirit has carried on with her throughout her career in Real Estate. “It brings me ultimate satisfaction to help people and have them feel good about their transaction, whether it’s finding the perfect home to buy or finding the perfect buyer for your home,” Nan said. “I focus on satisfying the needs of my clients and negotiating the best deal for them.”
Nan feels strongly about supporting the local community and is very involved serving on several community organizations and helping to found the Fair Oaks Village Merchants Association and served as Vice President on the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce Executive Board.
